Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Compliance with DOT regulations and infection control procedures.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and sanitation principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.
• Age 25+ and DMV record acceptable to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to and from activities/appointments for residents as scheduled.
• Pickup and deliver items as directed to meet the needs of the community.
• Assist each resident on and off the vehicle ensuring safety using equipment.
• Operate mechanical lift as required for wheelchair-bound patients.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspection and cleanliness and log trips/mileage.
• Report incidents or accidents to leadership and document details.
