Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Huntington Beach is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living tasks and personal care, supporting independence and quality of life in a premier senior living community.

This role offers on-site work in Huntington Beach with comprehensive benefits, and training is provided to ensure compassionate, professional care for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screenings including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
