Job summary

Oakmont Management Group (Ivy Park at Seal Beach) is seeking a Care Provider to deliver daily living assistance and compassionate care to residents. Positions available are full-time and part-time in a senior living community in Seal Beach, CA.

You will help residents with ADLs, respond to needs promptly, and work within a team to maintain a safe and respectful environment. A qualified candidate will value elder care and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly while preserving residents' dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any change in a resident's condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions with colleagues.
