Job summary

Rose Glen Manor is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and safety. The PCA will provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and encourage engagement in social activities.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of PCA/CNA training preferred, and at least 1 year of care experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean living areas and follow infection control protocols.
