Arrow Senior Living Management is hiring a CNA/Care Partner for a full-time shift from 7am to 7pm in Rogers, AR. The role pays $16–$20 per hour and includes a Monday/Saturday/Sunday Week 1 schedule with Week 2 shifts on Tue/Thu/Fri.

We seek compassionate teammates who promote from within, value residents, and provide daily living assistance in a home-like setting at Pinnacle Groves, Rogers, AR 72758.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Support residents with walking, transfers and mobility as needed.
• Create a compassionate, home-like environment and engage residents with empathy.
