Job summary

Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like setting. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and reliability, with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour and full-time hours.

You’ll assist with ADLs and help create a positive, engaging environment for residents and coworkers. Applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk all day.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
