Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Active as the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection and advocate empathy with residents.
• Support a positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with the team.
• Promote development and training opportunities for personal growth.
