You will engage residents, support life enrichment activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to promote comfort and well-being. Requires high school diploma and state-certified caregiver training; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or willing to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain clean rooms.
• Promote open communication between residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
