Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, SC is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport residents safely to appointments and activities, and to assist residents in and out of the vehicle with a friendly, respectful approach.

You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete required transportation documentation, and follow all safety regulations to ensure comfortable and secure transport for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and other approved destinations.
• Assist residents with getting in and out of the vehicle.
• Provide a friendly, caring, and respectful experience for every resident.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility vehicle.
• Complete required transportation documentation.
• Follow all facility, state, and safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
