Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, season, and serve balanced, nutritious meals for residents.
• Follow menus, portion accurately, and ensure meals are served hot/cold as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards; supervise staff in absence of Executive Chef.
• Collaborate with dining team to meet dietary needs and minimize waste.
