Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide compassionate care for residents at our Moon Township, PA community. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes effective communication, adherence to policies, and teamwork. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required; training and ongoing development are provided as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents involving residents to include care concerns or issues to appropriate individuals (e.g., HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to all resident calls for assistance or emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
