Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living.
• Report changes in health and complete daily progress sheets.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with dining as directed by leadership.
• Engage residents with activities to keep them happy.
