Job summary

QSL Management's The Barclay at Sarasota seeks a Personal Assistant to support residents in an assisted living community. You will provide companionship, help with daily living activities, and monitor health changes to document progress.

Responsibilities include memory and performance programs, light housekeeping and dining assistance, and activities to keep residents engaged. Hours may include weekends and holidays; CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate care for seniors.
• Willingness to serve others in assisted living settings.
• Flexible to weekend/holiday shifts.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily living activities.
• Report health changes and complete daily progress sheets.
• Assist with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with dining and activities to keep residents engaged.
