Job summary

Century Park Associates in Gig Harbor is hiring a Full-Time Resident Assistant/Care Aide for the Day shift (7:00am-3:30pm, Tuesday–Saturday). The role focuses on delivering quality assisted living services and maximizing residents' independence within regulatory standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of senior services experience preferred, and CPR certification on hire.

CNA or Home Health Aide credentials are a plus. Meals provided; tolls negotiable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in senior services preferred.
• State Trained Nursing Assistant certification (if required by state).
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Reads the 24 hour log at shift start and checks resident needs.
• Performs rounds and ensures care needs are met.
• Assists with daily dressing and clothing choices.
• Supports ambulation and use of mobility aids.
