Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Rochester, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a caring home environment. You will observe, document, and help with onboarding of new Associates, building meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and safety.

The role requires English literacy, excellent communication, and completion of medication administration training; shift is 6a-2:15p with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
