Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting care, observing health changes, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment in compliance with standards and regulations. High school diploma required; CNA and CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong reading and written English skills for administrative information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support meal service and recreational activities.
• Document care provided and report changes to Wellness Leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in living areas and unit.
