Visiting Angels Owensboro is seeking a Patient Care Aide - PCA to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors across Henderson, Owensboro, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take prescribed medications on time.
• Shop for groceries or assist with shopping.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients (respecting abilities).
• Assist mobility and accompany clients to doctor visits and outings.
• Report health changes or emergencies promptly.
