Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care in an Assisted Living setting. The role focuses on safety, comfort, and emotional support for residents, following care plans and supervisor guidance.

Shifts include 7:00a–3:00p, 3:00p–11:00p, and 11:00p–7:00a, with wages ranging from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a robust benefits package and a family-like workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents in an Assisted Living setting.
• Follow the resident care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with daily activities and promote a positive, caring atmosphere.
