Job summary

Northgate Park in Cincinnati is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide physical and psychosocial care to residents during 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am), with weekend rotation.

The role requires at least one year of caregiving experience, preferably in a community setting; you will support daily living activities, document care, and help maintain safety and compassion in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferably in a community setting).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe residents for changes and report to supervisor; maintain safety and proper infection control.
