Job summary

Northgate Park in Cincinnati is seeking dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our compassionate team. The 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) rotate weekends, with full-time benefits including PTO, daily pay, a 401(k) with employer match, disability coverage, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience, preferably in a community setting.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire and on request.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents to promote dignity and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Document provision of services on company forms and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Follow safety procedures, infection control, and transfer techniques; operate basic office/medical equipment.
• Escort residents, coordinate internal transportation, and assist with dining-related tasks.
