Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet criminal background and drug screening standards (No Felony or Pending Cases).
• Must be a minimum 23 years of age.
• Have a valid Drivers License, No DUI or Reckless driving charges in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Responds to vehicle accidents and all codes when calledupon.
• Enforces all rules and regulations of the facility, maintaining complete and accurate records and logs of all activities.
• Presents a positive public image while treating customers, the public and staff with courtesy, respect and dignity.
• Monitors ingress and egress of people and vehicles, issues visitor passes, controls security information center, escorts emergency vehicles as needed.
• Maintains log of shift activities.
• Answers incoming calls and routes calls to appropriate department/person.
• Establishes a high sense of security presence throughout the facility by diligent patrol methods.
• Responds to calls on the facility grounds for security assistance with residents, employees, or visitors.
• Responds to crises including crimes, natural disasters, or missing persons.
• Enforces traffic regulations based on policy.
