Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including exteriors, parking, loading docks, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access by observing activity, verify authorization, and document arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete clear daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to deter unauthorized activity.
