Job summary

Brookdale Boise is seeking a dedicated security-focused team member to help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will greet visitors, monitor the grounds, and respond to emergencies while supporting safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid training.
• For positions requiring travel between locations, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents, monitor building access, and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor inside/outside of the building and parking lot; report abnormal findings to leadership.
• Lock doors on schedule and maintain life safety equipment and communications.
• Assist with after-hours leasing inquiries when needed and escort residents/guests as requested.
