Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid training.
• If positions require travel between locations, associate must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and monitor visitors and residents entering and leaving the building.
• Monitor inside and outside of the building and parking lot; report abnormal findings to leadership or authorities.
• Lock doors at designated times and regularly check security of doors.
