Home Base Transportation LLC in New Hampshire is seeking a School Van Driver (Non-CDL). This part-time or full-time role trains you to safely transport students with special needs, follow routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and document logs.

You will wear a uniform and ID badge and work with dispatch, schools, and families to ensure every ride is safe and respectful. We provide paid training, health and other benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Age 25+ with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain School Bus Certification and CPR (training provided).
• Available Monday-Friday for split shifts (5:30-9:00 AM and 12:30-4:30 PM).
• Must wear company uniform and ID badge while on duty.
• Night & Weekend Hours available.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students with developmental or behavioral challenges
• Follow assigned routes and adjust for delays or emergencies
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Document trip logs, attendance, and incidents
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, schools, and families
• Respond appropriately to behavioral situations and emergencies
• Support charter and school-related transportation as needed
