Job summary

Domus Search is seeking a dedicated Scheduler for a family-run private duty home care operation in Florida. You will work with the existing scheduling team to coordinate staffing across Palm Beach and Broward counties, while maintaining close communication with patients, families and caregivers.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and relationship building, with Monday–Friday hours 9:00am–5:00pm and bi-weekly on-call rotation—compensation negotiable.

Qualifications

• Previous Home Health or Home Care experience.
• Organised and empathetic approach.
• Ability to prioritise and stay on top of multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and staffing requirements across the Private Duty operation.
• Communicate regularly with patients, families and caregivers.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling requirements and changes.
• Be a visible, personable presence within the business.
