Job summary

Domus Search is seeking a dedicated Scheduler for a family-run private duty home care operation in Florida. You will work with the existing scheduling team to coordinate staffing across Palm Beach and Broward counties, while maintaining close communication with patients, families and caregivers.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and relationship building, with Monday–Friday hours 9:00am–5:00pm and bi-weekly on-call rotation—compensation negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and staffing requirements across the Private Duty operation.
• Communicate regularly with patients, families and caregivers.

I am working on behalf of a well-established, family-run Private Duty Home Care organisation with over 15 years of experience serving Palm Beach and Broward County. They are looking for an organised, compassionate and highly personable Scheduler to join their team and work alongside the existing full-time Scheduler as the company continues to grow.

The Role:

• Work alongside the existing scheduling team
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing requirements across the Private Duty operation
• Communicate regularly with patients, families and caregivers
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
• Manage day-to-day scheduling requirements and changes
• Help resolve client and caregiver disputes and other typical Home Care challenges
• Prioritise effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, families and caregivers
• Be a visible, personable and approachable presence within the business
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation covering a full week, with additional compensation that can be negotiated
• Previous Home Health or Home Care experience
