Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State of LVN/LPN with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care for residents on the unit during shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Document care, progress notes, and resident responses.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and quality of care for residents.
• Assist in care planning and participate in in-services and meetings.
