Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Understand the principles of safe, effective nursing practices in Indiana.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Complete professional assessments and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Support and supervise nursing units and staff.
- Ensure care complies with facility policies and standards.
- Support colleagues to deliver excellent resident care.
