Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Indiana LPN license.
- Strong compassion, resident-focused care.
- Proficient communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Complete professional assessments and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist supervision and management of nursing staff on the unit.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control practices.
- Help create a positive environment for residents and team members.
