Job summary

HireCare LLC in Woburn, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality care in a skilled nursing facility, oversee unit operations, and support nursing staff in a resident‑centered environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, developing and updating care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current MA RN license.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred, not required).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on assigned units.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor residents for side effects.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and update care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safety and quality of care.
