Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or equivalent.
Active RN license
2+ years RN experience in a nursing community preferred.
Desire to care for residents with integrity.
Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Ensure resident care is delivered in a clean, safe environment.
Develop and implement the nursing care plan; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team.
Record the administration of medications.
Monitor staff for safety and regulatory compliance.
Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
Perform other duties as directed.
