Job summary

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, update care plans, and document accurately in the EMR.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and long-term wellness while supervising support staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN.
• Experience in skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and monitor health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Update and implement care plans.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support recovery and wellness.
