Heritage Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing nursing team. You will provide high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all facility policies, infection-control standards, and applicable regulations
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
