Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care across all phases of care. You will work with residents and families, coordinate assessments, and collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The role may include charge-nurse duties and delegation, requires an RN license, and prefers a BSN. Full-time, benefits vary by status, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and Code of Ethics for Nurses.
