Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Scranton/Dickson City, PA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. You will perform assessments, manage care plans, provide wound care, IV therapy, pain control, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes supervising LPNs/LVNs and aides, participating in on-call rotations, and maintaining compliant documentation per state and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Minimum of one year of clinical RN experience; Home Health or Hospice preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct comprehensive physical, emotional, and psychosocial assessments; wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, symptom/pain management.
• Care Planning & Coordination: develop and evaluate individualized care plans with physicians, therapists, social workers, and aides; respond to changes in condition.
