Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Scranton team (Dickson). You will conduct comprehensive assessments, coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and aides.

Responsibilities include direct skilled nursing, wound care, IV therapy, patient education, and supervising LPNs and aides. You will participate in on-call rotations and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct skilled nursing care including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients and families based on individual needs.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides.
• Participate in on-call rotations and admissions as needed.
• Coordinate care activities and document visits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as conditions change.
• Maintain accurate clinical records aligning with agency policies and standards.
