Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized diploma nursing education required.
• Knowledge of patient-centered practice and collaboration with patients/families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication and teamwork with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Interact with co-workers, patients, and families in alignment with Jefferson Health values.
