Always There In-Home Care in Birmingham, AL is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide pediatric private duty nursing in home settings. You will follow individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with families and physicians.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN/RN license, pediatric experience, and familiarity with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care; CPR certification and reliable, flexible schedules are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care required.
• Current CPR certification as required by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in the home.
• Caring for children with complex medical needs.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Performing enteral feeding and G-tube care as ordered.
• Monitoring respiratory status and ventilator-dependent clients as applicable.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
