Job summary

Notre Dame Health Care Center in Worcester, MA, seeks a Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) for full-time or per diem roles. The RN/LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support rehabilitative services to residents in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current MA Licensure as RN or LPN required.
• Ability to assess, plan, provide and document nursing care.
• Experience with electronic health records (PCC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and assessments to residents including medication administration.
• Administer nursing treatments according to care plan.
• Monitor nurse aide assignments and caregiving tasks during shifts.
• Lead and model customer service principles and drive quality improvement.
• Ensure unit functions per facility standards.
