Jamestown Place Health and Rehab in Jamestown, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to residents and supervise nursing staff. The role follows federal, state, and local guidelines and involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The candidate will administer medications, perform wound care as ordered, participate in admissions/transfers, and contribute to holistic care planning.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care to residents and supervise LPN/LVN and CNAs.
• Follow nursing model to promote holistic resident care.
• Administer medications as per physician orders and monitor effects.
• Transcribe orders and document changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers and rounds.
