Job summary

Majestic Care of Manchin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in West Virginia. You will render skilled nursing services, supervise CNAs, and contribute to high-quality resident care within your unit.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, assessing residents, administering medications and IVs, and coordinating with physicians and therapy teams. A state RN license and CPR are required or preferred per state rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• RN license active in the state employed and in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments per physicians’ orders.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist physicians with tests and procedures within state Nursing Practice Act.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with other departments.
