Job summary

Recover-Care in Louisburg, KS is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to residents. You will work with a skilled team of nursing professionals and follow our policies to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, coordinating with physicians and nurses, and maintaining accurate records. We offer shift differential bonuses, tuition assistance, PTO, health benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Caring & loving personality and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the clinical care and quality of life of our residents and ensuring that all resident rights are protected.
• Preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician.
• Checking residents daily to ensure prescribed treatment is properly administered and to evaluate their status.
• Keeping the RN Supervisor informed about residents, staff and related matters.
• Implementing changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Administering professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, dressings, and related tasks as per policy.
• Completing all RN required forms and filing in the resident’s chart.
• Giving and receiving nursing reports at shift changes.
• Investigating complaints and filing reports as needed.
• Presenting professionally to residents and families through dress and behavior.
• Adhering to company policies and standards.
