Recover-Care Heartland in Osborne, Kansas seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will join a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to quality care and resident rights.

Responsibilities include med administration, daily resident checks, and close collaboration with the RN Supervisor and Director of Nurses. We offer training, mentorship, and a supportive environment to grow your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Caring, loving personality and demeanor.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work your scheduled shift.
• Ability to read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and quality of life for residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Check residents daily to ensure proper treatment and monitor status.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff matters.
• Implement changes directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Provide professional nursing services per policy (catheterization, dressings, tubes, samples).
• Complete required nursing records upon admission, discharge, transfer.
• Handover nursing reports during shift changes.
• Investigate complaints and prepare oral/written reports.
• Present a professional image to residents and families.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
