Job summary

Venture I Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health and Hospice team. The RN will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes or hospice settings, focusing on safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. A Texas or compact-state RN license, BSN/ADN, CPR (BLS), and reliable transportation are essential. Travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• CPR (BLS) certification current.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in home or hospice settings.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care as ordered.
• Document patient progress in EMR accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
