Job summary

The RN will be responsible for medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with the Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and adherence to our policies and standards.

Qualifications

• RN certification required.
• Caring and loving personality.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing clinical care and quality of life for residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed about resident status and staffing.
• Implement changes directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Provide professional nursing care per facility policies.
