Job summary

• Must have nursing degree or diploma and current RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Transcribes physician orders to charts and MAR.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintains accurate nursing notes reflecting care and resident response.
• Directs day-to-day CNA services to ensure quality care is provided.
