The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, MA is seeking an RN for full-time and PRN positions. Shifts include 7 am–3 pm for full-time and multiple PRN windows; compensation is high hourly with up to a $3.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans created by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
