Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and PRN opportunities. The role involves delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and implementing individualized care plans in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, coordinating with the nursing team, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing plans and physician orders.
• Follow care plans set by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policies and orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

PRN: 7 am - 3 pm | 3 pm - 11 pm | 11 pm - 7 am

$40-$55 an hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
