Job summary

Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Revere, MA is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across 11-7 shifts with Daily Pay and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, documenting in the chart, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
